Hi Everyone, I am looking for a Crab Cake recipe with a side sauce (tartar sauce consistency)..Any recipes out there to share?

I found a sauce you might like. It's pretty heavy on the fat (just the way I like it) but I think it could easily be lightened up if you like. I haven't tried it but it sounds good to me.

CRAB CAKE SAUCE
A delicious creamy sauce for your crab cakes that's a breeze to make and
tastes great. Prep Time: approx. 5 Minutes. Original recipe makes 3 cups (
12 servings). Recipe has been scaled to make 12 servings.

1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup hot salsa
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt


Directions
1 Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, salsa, cayenne
pepper, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender and puree until smooth. Chill
before serving.

and here are the crab cakes....I also haven't tried these but they sound delicious.
Sorry , I haven't learned to cut and paste two things at once.

CRAB CAKES 11
Delicious crab cakes! Prep Time: approx. 5 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 10

1 pound fresh crab meat
1 egg
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 pound buttery round crackers, crushed
4 cups vegetable oil for frying


Directions
1 In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard
powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
2 In a large skillet, heat 1 inch of vegetable oil to a high heat. Roll
heaping spoonfuls on the crab mixture in the crackers, then place the ball in
the hot oil. Flatten lightly with a spatula so that the crab cake is 1/2
