Has anyone baked with soy margarine? I found a recipie if Fitness for a lemon tart that calls for 10 T of soy margarine. Any idea what sort of texture soy margarine will create in the crust?

I used to use soy margarine all the time, but I don't remember if I used it for baking. I would give it a try! How bad can it be? Good luck - let us know if you try it and how it is.

If the recipes calls for it, then whoever developed the recipe must think it works. You might as well try it and see if there is a difference.
