get rid of celebrex

How do I get rid of the celebrex popup? There is no 'close" button and it covers up about 1/3 of the screen. Pretty annoying.

This ad is incredibly annoying. Once it pops up it just stays there, and it blocks the control buttons along the top of the page. Can't wait til it's gone for good.
