LOSING MY MIND!!! ISO Mashed Potato Recipe using Alouette and Cheddar (?) Cheeses!

I could SWEAR I have seen a (recent???) recipe in CL for mashed potatoes made with Alouette Cheese and I think cheddar, too. I have searched high and low -- (spent WAAAAY too much time!) and have turned up NOTHING!!! Nada! Zip!!! http://www.pjrc.com/jta/cry.gif

There is a recipe for creamed spinach that uses Alouette Cheese and Parmesan in the latest issue (june '01) on page 172. Could that be what you saw?

I just remembered seeing it and I thought it was one of those little "extra" recipes that's included as a menu idea.
