ISO gift idea for Hawaii-bound teacher

DD's occupational therapist is going to Hawaii over the December break. We were trying to think of a cute little gift we could get her as a holiday "thank you", maybe with a Hawaiian theme. Ideas?

I went to Hawaii on my honeymoon and one of my bridal shower gifts was a cute beach bag with a towel, sunscreen, aloe, flip flops, and a Barnes and Noble gift card so I could pick out some "beach reading." I think the bag, towel, and flip-flops all came from Old Navy so it doesn't have to be expensive, but those items might be hard to find this time of year.
