I made this tonight. It was delicious. I served it as a side dish with salmon. However I had to cook it 40 min. before it would "set". Has anyone else experienced this? I did make the filling and then bake it later, so the filling was cool to start.

I plan on making it this week. Although I was going to use it as a main meal. Do you think it's better as just a side?

I think it's a little plain for an entree, but I would make it again.

I made this as a main meal. I guess it's a little plain but it goes perfectly with the salsa which is quite flavorful.
I cooked it only for the amount of time prescribed and it was fine.

I haven't made it yet, but when I do I will serve it as a main meal with a nice green salad and a crusty loaf of bread.
In the index of the June 2001 issue, it is listed as a "meatless main dish."

Just made this tonight and thought it was really good as a main entree. DH couldn't believe it was low-fat. Mine cooked in the allotted time.
