need crock pot help

I have started college again, and am hoping to use my crock pot a lot to leave meals for my family on school nights - but am having problems finding LF recipes. Any suggestions? Hopefully there is some crock pot newsletter out there that will just magically appear in my e-mailbox. Already getting one from Chet Day but it's mostly vegetarian. Gotta feed the carnivores in my house!!!! TIA Debie

A while ago I had written down the title of this cookbook "Healthy Crockery Cookery" by Mable Hoffman, HP Books, perhaps you can do an internet search to check on this book. Good luck. I'm always looking for healthy crockpot meals. Let us know if you are successful. Also, I know there are many internet sites with crockpot recipes.
