I "deflowered" my new le creuset pot today by making a roast with baby carrots and leeks, and what did I serve it with? Instant mashed potatoes.

I'm so ashamed...

LOL! Hey, you gotta do what you gotta do. I regularly use the refrigerated mashed potatos myself!
