Help!!! I am making the Chocolate Amaretto cheesecake for this weekend and only have a 9 inch pan. Anyone know how to conver the amounts to a larger size?

I imagine you'd use the same ingredients and oven temperature just check earlier to make sure it doesn't overbake. Since it'll be a bit shallower, it should cook faster. Without a springform pan, you realize you'll have to serve the cake from the pan, instead of being able to put it on a plate, right? No biggie, just wanted to state the obvious. Or am I confused and you're using a springform, just a bigger one? Anyway....
