This was very good and very easy to make. Just a dry rub on the meat and a quickie sauce. Of course if I hadn't put the rubber washer in the wrong place on the blender I might not have had any problems. :rolleyes: No blood, no foul, it just leaked a bit. I poured the stuff into a bowl, fixed the faux pas and continued on.
I had to make a few substitutions, a can of Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes for fresh and dried basil and cilantro for fresh.
I'm not sure if the recipe is posted on Weber's site, but if someone wants the recipe I can post it later tonight.
