Kim -

The Mediterranean Grains & Greens is one of the books I /should/ buy. I keep taking it out of the library over and over again!

The garlic soup with leafy greens is awesome. The "Alexandrian quartet" is also really good (lentils, browned pasta, onions and rice)

I have several books by Paula Wolfert, including Grains and Greens and enjoy them all. I think you'll like it.
