Orange-Coconut Bread recipe

The December issue has a recipe for Orange-Coconut Bread, yielding a full size loaf. Does anyone know what it would yield as mini loaves?

Or, how long to bake them? Just wondering. Happy baking!

For a recipe using a 9x4" loaf pan, I can usually get 4 mini loaves. For one that uses a 8x4" pan, I can get 3 mini loaves. When I bake the mini loaves I do it using the same oven temperature as the recipe indicates and start checking them after 25 minutes. Hope this helps!

I made this recipe this weekend in a regular size loaf pan. Just wanted to let you know that it came out good. My orange yogurt container was only 6-oz so I added 2-oz of fat-free sour cream to make 8-oz.
