Hi, all!

Today I did 40 minutes on the treadmill with 35 minutes of intervals. Another 10 minutes of walking to cool down. Then I did about 20 minutes of strength training. Ended with some stretches (like a good girl! :p ).

What did you do today?

Good job Kathy! Today I did 35 minutes on the Nordic Track. Gotta get ready for ski season! :D

After a few days off, I was back at kickbox class this morning. I need to remember to not take days off from that class because I really pay when I skip - today's payment involved one-legged squats :eek:

I left my house this morning at 6:30 AM when it was only 14 degress outside!

I had a fitness assessment at the gym. My adjusted age for working out, being flexible, strength, and cardio was 40 years old. I'm actually 52 yo.

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and about 30 minutes of weights, lots of lunges, my least favorite.
