If you're located in/near Indianapolis and looking for something new, myself & 2 friends are looking to start a vegetarian supper club. We all love to eat, we're at varied levels of cooking skill, and we Don't want to make the club political in any way, just about good food we can all eat. Two of us are veghead women, the other a nonveg guy, and none of us are independently (or in any other way!) wealthy. We all like having people over, just don't expect mansions, but do expect reasonably well-rounded, sophisticated taste in food.
I think we'd want to meet every 4/5 weeks to start, and probably not want to cook together too much right away, but we're open to ideas. Themes are great; wine with dinner is fairly essential for some of us, so if you're really against alcohol, we're not your bunch. Not that you have to drink with us.
We all really like to bake, but you don't have to! We'd like to start sometime after the new year, meeting first at a coffehouse or something (Scholars Inn? Cornerstone?)
Oh, location-- I'm near speedway, they are on the near North & East sides, respectively.
If this sounds like fun, or you have more questions and want to get a number to discuss, pm me at this sight, or email me at:

Thanks, Mari
