OK, things are going soooo slowly....tonight, that I'm not sure if this will post but I wanted to share this recipe again that was posted awhile ago. I would like to give credit to the person that posted it(after using the link I found out is was kentgirl...thank you for sharing) but I didn't copy that info but here is the link:

I made this tonight using boneless chicken breasts and it actually simmered on low for about 45 minutes (had someone come to the house and couldn't be rude). It was wonderful and when I make it again I will let it cook that long the next time, I also added cilantro. I served it with risotto but would have preferred plain rice.
