This morning I did some resistance work while DD was getting ready for school. (That worked nicely!)

Then I just finished 30 minutes on the treadmill doing hills with two minutes of running at the same incline (7) only faster pace. Thought I would collapse before two minutes was up! Guess I have a ways to go!

Off to the post office to mail Christmas cards and a couple of packages (that should take several hours!), then home to make pumpkin bread.

Have a good day, all!

Hi Kathy. That's quite an incline!

I was happy to get back to teaching Spin this morning, since our studio was closed last week.

Hi!! Remember me????? I think this is the longest I've gone between visits to the gym in ages. My last day there was last Monday :o and today was my first day back. Between the last day of class, visits with friends after work, and a trip out of town for four days over the weekend, it's been impossible.

You're stuck with me for probably 14 straight days though!! I'm making up for lost time!

Tonight, I walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes. Though I was far from running, I did have the incline set on 10 for about 25 minutes of my workout.

I'll see everyone tomorrow! :D

You guys rock!

Kathy - running with a (7) incline?? You are a stud! I think I'd fall right off the back of the treadmill

Terri - I wish I could take one of your spinning classes! Adding that to my mix will be on my New Year's list - along with all the new gym members

Melanie - welcome back! Hey, we all need a break once in a while!

Speaking of a break, I haven't done anything since Sunday. BUT, all cards are written and mailed, packages sent, and baking done so I am officially out of excuses, so I'll see you tomorrow :)

I walked about 50 minutes and did 40 minutes on the bike trainer. Given how busy today and yesterday have been, I'll take it!

Good work, all! Welcome back, Melanie - I was wondering where you were! :)
