Tried this online recipe from the "search" this week and it was yummy. The couscous had a nice sweet smell (from the cinnamon) and the whole thing only took about 1/2 an hour. The vegetables in the couscous are fairly disguised (which means my husband actually ate them)and the spice combination was really nice. Yum! I'll be using this again to get my 2+ fish servings per week http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
