We will be away for Christmas so we already had our "Christmas Eve" dinner. I chose this recipe for dessert because it sounded elegant and I had exactly 1 cup of pomegranate juice left in the refrigerator to use up! ;) The recipe was fairly easy to prepare and the souffles rose beautifully. The pomegranate sauce was a nice change from the sugary-sweetness of the typical raspberry sauces.
