Cheesecake storage: Freezer or fridge?

I made the Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake posted by SandyM for a X-mas gathering on Monday. Should I store it in the fridge for the next 2 days or should it go in the freezer? It also has a sour cream topping, is that going to freeze well?

Cheesecake shouldn't even be eaten the first day - needs a day for the flavors to "mellow". You don't need to freeze it - it will keep for a week in the refrigerator, though it wouldn't last at my house. In the future if you decided to bake ahead, they freeze great. As for the sour cream, my mother used to buy Sara Lee frozen cheesecakes that had the sour cream topping. I think it would freeze just fine.
