I have this book but haven't tried any of the recipes yet. For those who have this book, what would you suggest?

My favorite cuisines would probably include China, Italy, Mexico, Southeast Asia, and Southern US. I'd be willing to consider anything, though, but am just giving a starting point in case that helps. (I was thinking that maybe some of you might have too many to list!)

Thanks so much.

I love the Pimento Cheese Bisque in the Southern section. It's a little rich but you can lighten it up by using lower fat cheeses.

The Carribean Rum Punch is one of my favorites. In the India section - the Patrani Machi is great. It's fish with a coriander-coconut-chili mixture on top. you wrap it (I use foil) and bake. Yum!

I haven't used this book in a while and now I'm finding lots of recipes I want to try! Thanks for making me revisit it!
