I'm interested in making either the Jamaican pork tenderloin from the May issue, the Adobado pork tenderloin from May 99, or the Adobo-marinated pork tenderloin from the May 99 issue. The problem is that they all call for grilling the pork.

The windchill here is about 45, it's pouring rain, and the grill's out of propane! Do you think I could make any of them in the oven? If so, what temperature do you think I should put the oven on, and how long do you think it would take to cook?

Thanks,
Susan

I made the Jamaican Jerk Pork Tenderloin. I broiled it, as I do with all recipes that call for grilling (I don't have a grill). I broil for about the same amount of time as the recipes say to grill.
