My husband just "invented" a recipe for shark steaks that was so good I thought I'd share. Please excuse the lack of exact measurements.

2 shark steaks
3 tbsp lemon juice
dried whole rosemary
dried whole thyme
salt & pepper
flour
olive oil

Soak steaks in lemon juice for about ten minutes.
Spray frypan with olive oil and heat to medium.
Combine flour & spices on a plate, dredge steaks and fry 'til opaque. (7 minutes?)

We served this with fresh grilled asparagus and baked potatoes and it turned out to be one of those easy & quick but excellent meals

Alisa,
Coincidentally-(& seeing your post on Shark http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif) last week, a friend asked about some shark recipes and I told her I had posted some on CL awhile back, and I emailed them to her. I emailed her your recipe just now & she said she was going to try your recipe as well http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif.
Anyways-here's the link to the other shark recipes, if interested.

Thanks Zinnia.
I'd already read the thread but every recipe needed something that wasn't in my pantry - hence the recipe invention. I hope your sister enjoys the shark as much as we did.
