Hi,

I have been enjoying this BB for several months now and I thought it was time to share with you all.

I prepared the Shrimp Jambalaya tonight and it was wonderful. I left out the ham and used 3/4 to 1 pound of mixed seafood ( shrimp, cod, and scallops). This was was better than the usual entree I get at our local restaurant, which has a price tag of $ 17. The serving size was very generous.

BTW - it was a post that made me try to develop the habit of picking a few recipes, make a list and purchase the ingredients!

Welcome to the board, Kalna! Thanks for the review. My husband loves jamabalya, especially with shrimp in it. I will have to dig out the recipe and try it on him!
