Salmon with Grainy Mustard-and- Herb Sauce

We had this last night and it is very good. The only thing I did different is to add garlic with the wine and stuff.

I made this once too and really liked it. I had leftovers and had it chilled the next day and thought it was just as good or maybe better that way!
