Short story: Could someone please post the Greek Style Scampi recipe? I lost mine.
Long story: Arrrgh! Yesterday, I did the Cooking Light survey and at the end it gave me ten of the best CL recipes. I left that Netscape page on the screen. Then I invited our friends over for dinner tommorow and promised to make them the Greek Style Scampi. I went to print out the recipe, and voila! My computer crashed.
Thanks!

NOTES : This quick-to-do scampi from our April 1996 issue is superpacked with bold, distinct flavors. Though five cloves of garlic may seem a lot, they marry brilliantly with the Mediterranean flavors of the Feta cheese, shrimp, and tomatoes.
