This was very, very good and easy to make. I had to leave out the jalapenos since I didn't want to forage creeks to get to the store. IMHO, it doesn't need them anyway.

I ran out of rice vinegar for the sauce and had to sub white wine vinegar. The sauce was just OK and I wonder if using the white wine one would have changed the flavor.

I'll definitely be making this again.

I served this with the Orange-Glazed Acorn squash from CL Complete. Quite tasty!! Not overly sweet and just a hint of soy.
