In the new CL (j/f 06) there is a recipe for Indian-Style Shrimp with Yogurt sauce (Serves 4) which looks wonderful but I was wondering what would be the best way to reheat the leftovers? How do you keep the shrimp from being tough? Is there a problem with microwaving yogurt sauces? I am single and am trying to control my portion sizing. Any advice would be great. Thanks all.

I would use a double boiler for any leftover dairy based sauce.

I've never had any problem reheating cream sauces & having them break in the microwave on a medium speed. Even the shrimp can be warmed that way since you're doing individual portions. I'm in the same boat & make something yummy & have to eat it for several days. :(
