How to print a list of recipes from Mastercook?

My mastercook collection is starting to get rather large. I would like to print a list of the recipes in "My Cookbook" and compare it to my 3-ring notebook hard copy of all the recipes to see if I am missing any.

Does anyone have any clue how to do this or if it is even possible?

I just answered my own question and thought I would share the answer. If you open a cookbook and click on the PRINT icon on the right hand side it will bring up a print dialog box. On the left hand side of the window is an "include" selection. Simply check "table of contents" and deselect everything else.

Thanks Christine -- great tip. I've never had the need to print a list of recipes out of MC, but I'm sure I will someday.
