I tried the Hot&spicy Asian-Rubbed Chicken (June 2000) - very easy meal to serve along with cous cous and some veggies. Also made the Stellar Sesame Shrimp w/Miso Dipping Sauce (July 2000) as an entree. My husband and I really enjoyed that. It's another easy one.
