Are you talking about the microwave recipe for new potatoes in April 01 (I think -- or else it was March)?

Hope this is it -- I just got back and checked back to see that you needed it.

Rosemary Potatoes

"These potatoes taste as if they were roasted in the oven--but take only half the time"

1 Tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon minced bottled garlic
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes, quartered (about 4 cups)

Place butter and garlic in an 8-inch square baking dish. Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70% power) 45 seconds or until butter melts. Add Rosemary, salt, pepper and potatoes and toss well. Cover and microwave at HIGH for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yeild: 4 servings (serving size 3/4 cup)

Enjoy

Thanks for posting the potatoe recipe jazzyjas. I love microwaved potatoes. I think it's their creamness. But I've lost my taste for Rosemary, (probably from over exposure.)so I think I'm going to use about 2 tablespoons of minced fresh parsley instead. And my Italian soul wants me to use olive oil instead of the butter. And it would be more convienent because I usually don't keep any butter or margarine in the house, (way too dangerous, especially when I'm holding a piece of toast) but I always have the oil. Thanks again.

I KNOW IN A RECENT CL ISSUE THERE WAS A RECIPE FOR BOILED RED NEW POTATOES. IT WAS VERY EASY; MAYBE HAD PARSLEY. DOES ANYONE REMEMBER WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT?
