We went on vacation to San Diego last week. I had been so excited because I knew the van would be near there. That's about the closest they come to SLC. I was like a giddy school girl with my husband and friends thinking I was hilarious. It was a fun experience. And BTW, not that I post too often, but I haven't been posting much because we bought a bank repo that pretty much needs to be gutted and we've been putting ALLLLLLLLL our time and money into the house right now. So that means that I'm living off my canned food storage. I feel like I'm on withdrawal not being able to make many new recipes. It's been a great experience having to live off the food storage. I've found out that I had a LOT of tomatoes and beans!
