We had this pie tonight and it was wonderful! Even better than the peanut butter banana sandwiches we used to eat before we started watching our weight. My fiance loved it.

I agree 100%! The pie was wonderful, although I think anything with peanut butter is wonderful, especially when you dip a spoon in the jar http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

I agree! and I made some substitutions to cut more fat (no, didn't really do it on purpose, just had to use what I had on hand- although I'm happy about it) and it had great success still:
Used a prepared reduced-fat graham cracker crust.
Used Skim milk
Used Better than Eggs (like Egg Beaters)
Used Fat-free Cool whip
and Only used 2 banana's or 2 cups
Fat cut to 5.7 g. by my not-so-perfect calculations.

I made this yesterday and ate the whole daggone pie! Oops! But, it was so good, too good, in fact. My family thought it tasted like banana pudding with peanut butter fudge mixed in....which happen to be two of my favorite things.
