Help! Looking for recipe!

Saw a receipe a little while back for Caesar Salad using a purchased BBQ chicken from the supermarket. It was easy and wonderful! Can anyone remember it? I have lost my clipping and cannot find it in the recipe search. Thanks.

Chicken Caesar Salad

Salad:
1 (2-pound) whole roasted chicken, skinned
11 cups torn romaine lettuce (about 1 1/4 pounds)
1 cup red bell pepper strips

Vinagrette:
3 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 tbs fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 cups plain crutons
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmesean cheese

1. To prepare salad, remove chicken from bones, shred with 2 forks to measure 3 cups meat. Combine chicken, lettuce and bell pepper in a large bowl.
2. To prepare vinaigrette, combine oil and next 7 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Pour over salad and toss well. Sprinkle croutons and cheese, toss gently to combine. Yield: 6 servings (serving size 2 cups).
