I usually wait and review all the month's recipes at the same time, but I had to make an exception because this recipe was just AWESOME!!!
The salad part was simple but delicious, and the quesadilla was DEVINE. However, if you don't like blue cheese, I would substitute your own favorite cheese. If you love blue cheese, you're going to LOVE this dish just as written!!! Enjoy!!
