This dressing is excellent ! I made it tonight to have w/a salad, and I am going to make the Lemon- Rosemary Chicken quesadilla Salad tomorrow nite.

I just made this today, and my whole family loved it. (It's rare when we ALL like the same dressing.) It was part of the Flank Steak-and-Blue Cheese Quesadilla Salad. What a GREAT Recipe!!! But if you don't like blue cheese, I wouldn't try it. The cheese came through beautifully. YUMMMM.

I made this tonight (advance prep for the cheddar-jalapeno quesadilla salad tomorrow). As suggested by someone on another thread, I reduced the amount of garlic (used one small clove). When I tasted the dressing I thought it was a bit too lemon-y so I added a little more mustard. Now it tastes really good to me. But it's hard to tell for sure until we have it on our quesadilla salad tomorrow.

Well, color me stupid! Even though I read each issue pretty thoroughly, I guess I didn't realize that this was an actual recipe from the current issue! To quote Homer: "D'oh!" http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/redface.gif

I planned on making the Lemon- Rosemary Chicken quesadilla Salad, and put Dijon-lemon Vinaigrette on my shopping list figuring I'd find it in the dressing section. Well, I didn't, but found something similar, figuring I could tinker with it. Fortunately, I got called in to work yesterday, & couldn't make the recipe!

So, thank you JLS for pointing out this recipe. The aforementioned dressing will get used elsewhere & I'll just add a couple things to my next shopping list!
