This received good reviews on another thread. We are having another Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday and I would really like to make this for dessert. Unfortunately, I don't have the F/M 06 issue of EW and a search doesn't come up with the recipe. Would some kind soul please be so kind as to post if for me?

EW Pumpkin Pudding Serves 8
1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree, fresh or canned
2 large eggs
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. ground ginger
1/4 t. freshly ground nutmeg
1/4 t. ground cardamom
2 c. skim or whole milk
2/3 c. orange juice
Beat pumpkin and eggs in a large heavy saucepan. Combine cornstarch, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cardamom in a medium bowl and stir into pumpkin mixture. Add milk and juice. Cook over medium heat, whisking continuously -- be sure to get the corners where the lumps can hide -- until the pudding is very thick, about 10 minutes. AReduce the heat and give the pudding a few quick whisks to remove any lups. Divide among 8 ramekins or place in a serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
Per serving: 133 calories, 2 g. fat (1 g. sat, 1 g. mono), 54 mg. cholesterol, 26 g. carbs, 4 g. protein, 2 g. fiber, 58 mg. sodium. Bonus: Vitamin A (150% DV) Vitamin C (20% DV).
