They had these at the supermarket the other week and I picked up a bag. Now I'm not sure what to do with them. Has anyone tried these? They seem sort of a cross between yukons and fingerlings so I'm not sure whether I should roast them, mash them, etc. to get the best flavor. I'm inclined to either roast or use them in a potato salad but I thought I'd check with anyone here to see if they had tried them first. I did a google search but didn't come up with much.
