ISO review Spicy Cumin Crusted Chicken

I'v looked through the posts for June and didn't see a review. Has anyone tried it? I've never seen anything but ground cumin. If I can find it, I'll try it. Thanks,

I was able to find whole cumin so I cooked this for dinner. The sauce was wonderful and would make a great marinade for meat. The chicken however was to ??? spicy just isn't the correct word and my dh and I couldn't eat it. My dog Rocky however happliy gobbled up a pound of chicken for his dinner. He hopes I cook it again. (It sure is nice to know that if my creations don't turn out as planned Rocky Doggie will always appreciate the time spent in the kitchen).

I really appreciate your review of this recipe. I was planning to make it Friday night, but now think I will pass. We don't like things too spicy in our house so it is nice to be warned ahead of time. How lucky that your dog can handle spicy foods...cast iron stomach????
