high fiber recipes

I'm looking for high-fiber recipes,especially desserts. Maybe some that use wheat germ?

How about the Molasses Crackle Cookies recently in CL? I don't know what the fiber content was, but they had flaxseed in them.

I don't have any specific high fiber dessert recipes, but I do have some suggestions. Check around for a list of high fiber fruits - I know strawberries & kiwis are high fiber.
