Thought I would post this review as I saw a thread on wraps a couple of days ago. Last night I made the Ginger-Peanut Chicken-Salad Wraps from June 2000. They were fairly easy and tasted good--even my little brothers (18 & 15) ate them, although when I told them the chicken mixture had peanut butter in it, I got some odd looks.
Next on my list to try are the Spicy Ranch Chicken Wraps that were spoken so highly of on that wraps thread. That recipe is in the same article as the Ginger-Peanut wraps.
As a side note, if you've got the June 2000 issue stashed away, let me suggest digging it out--there are articles on salmon, couscous, wraps, grilling, berries--lots of good, summery recipes. This was the issue that introduced me to CL!
