Buttermilk Apple Cake

I just baked the Butermilk Apple Coffeecake from the April issue and I'm having a little problem. I want to serve it on a cake plate but when I tried to lift it with a spatula I realized that it will break if I do so. It's been cooling for half an hour...any tips?
P.S. It's for company!!

I had no problem flipping it out upside down onto a plate, and then frpm there flipped to my serving platter. I didnt lose any almonds or anything.
