I made this recipe this week with hesitation because I wasn't sure I would like the combo of spices. It was very good. Some of the spice rub stuck to the bottom of my pan, but it still tasted good. I think this recipe is in the May'01 issue.

I made this recipe this week too and thought it was just so-so. I didn't think the spices added enough to the fish - altho' the fish was wonderful anyway. I don't think I'd make it again.
