If you think you are going to get chocolate for V-Day, then you might want to pass this on to your SO. :p

I have not heard of a lot of the chocolate....better start sampling. :D

Thanks for sharing this.
Boy would I love some chocolates from Jacques Torres, but I kinda gave DH an easy out this year and told him I wanted a coffee mug. Boy do I regret that now!

Just a note on a new chocolate product- I like to stay current ;) -
I love good chocolate, especially dark chocolate, but I've discovered that this is one category where I don't always like the most expensive stuff. Sometimes the pricey stuff is a little too 'fatty' and not quite sugary enough for me. (I'm talking taste preferences here, not health!) Also, sometimes some Belgian chocolate tastes too 'light' to me in terms of being more like cocoa than dark chocolate. All this is to say, I sometimes do like American chocolate. My favorite of the moment is a new product by Russell Stover called "Private Reserve." I was surprised it wasn't listed in that Consumer Reports link. It's, IMO, their best product- clearly meant to try and stake out some of the gourmet market. For me, it works! It's gooood... :p Just thought I'd share my review!
(Ah, to be a chocolate reviewer... now THAT would be a job! :) )
