Chat update.

We now have 28 CLers signed up for our chat site!! It's been fun getting to know everyone a bit better - though I haven't been able to chat much yet.

I just wanted to post one more time to make sure I haven't missed anyone. If you are interested in checking it out, just email me at my address above. Thanks for the invite. I checked it out last night, but didn't have time to start chating while I was there.

I just wanted to say that this site is wonderful! What a great place for us to meet to talk. Lindrusso thank you for spending your time to set this up!

When I got the invite, there was a link click to join, but when I clicked on it, it wanted me to apply for an invite. Then, I discovered the links to the message board, photo album, and to personalize your profile in the middle of the email-these took me strait to the site. Just thought I would state this for the other new members in case anyone else is trying to log in for the first time.

You will need to e-mail SandyM in order to get the invitation to join the chat (I haven't done this yet so I'm not sure what is involved!). Anyway, here is the link that brought this up again. You will need to look at SandyM's profile (click on the head with the question mark) to get her e-mail address and then send her a message and apparently you will get the information you need to join!

Let me try again. I sent out a few invites last night - one made it, the rest didn't.

Hi everyone,

I just sent out 5 brand new invites, and re-invited four others that apparently never went through. (I feel your pain, Alysha!)

If I could make a request, please, when you send me your e-mail request to be invited, please let me know the screen name that you're going to use for the message boards and chat rooms (although it isn't a requirement, most of us keep the same name we're using in the CL BB just for the sake of consistency and familiarity). That way I can keep track of the invitations that actually made it through. Last week I sent out 6 invites, and apparently only 3 went through. Of your notes, though, I'm not sure who is who, since your screen name doesn't always coincide with your e-mail address.
