When I lived in central California I was used to the fun stuff never making it my way. What major tour ever made it to Dustbowl, California on purpose? If they showed up, it only meant they'd made a wrong turn on the way to San Francisco!

We haven't all left yet. I am still at work. SO and I are planning on driving out this afternoon and the Thunderstorms are supposed to be coming at us the whole way. Also it's supposed to be yucky tomorrow as well. So, both Luv2Cook and I will have some whiny men on our hands to deal with because they were supposed to play golf tomorrow. Well, I for one am sorry to miss it, but glad I stayed home. With the weather we are having, I wouldn't have enjoyed being away and worrying. I'll be glad to try another time, but this mom needed to be home this week.
