We really liked this. I used boneless center cut pork chops, but otherwise I went by the recipe. The rub was great. The chops would have been great with out the sauce, but the sauce put it up several notches on the rating scale
I served it with a recipe Grace posted Smoked Gouda Risotto with Spinach and Mushrooms. This was also excellent! Even though I do not do many recipes again, this one will show up on my table over and over.
