Tequila Cane Shrimp-June 2001

I made this last night for some friends after never trying it before and it was yummy!

Spicy and flavorful (and easy!). I only added the minimum of chilies. If I had added the full amount I think I would have burned my guests and my dh!

I would definetly make it again. Anyone else tried this?

Another thumbs up! And I ended up using about 2 chipotles & it did have quite a kick.

Served it with some couscous & a spinach/avocado/tomato salad w/honey mustard dressing.
