Side dish for Buttercrust Corn Pie?

To me, it looked like a one-dish meal, which is what I'm planning Wednesday!

I also seem to remember someone's prior comment that it really didn't need a side dish.

We had this last night and I just served it with a big spinach salad. It was a nice, meatless dish.
