Chicken Sauteed in Cherry Port Sauce

Tried this recipe a couple nights ago, and thought it was easy and fabulous. I believe it is from April 00 issue, could be wrong though, I reprinted it from the Bulletin Board. The chicken came out so tender, and yummy. LaurieC
