For recipes calling for vegetable broth, do you make your own or use canned? And if you use canned, which brand do you prefer? I use canned, but don't really care for it. The brands I have tried seem to have a "tinny" taste or at least something not quite right. Thanks for any advice.

I use knorr vegetable broth. If i have time I might enhance it a bit too.

I use a condensed vegetable stock...supposedly, lots of restaurants use condensed stock too. It is a paste that comes in a jar. You add one cup of boiling water for every one teaspoon of paste you use and whisk it around to dissolve it. It is very good. The brand name I use is called "Better than Boullion."

Thanks for the suggestions. I just bought some Knorrs to try. I have tried the chicken condensed stock before and really liked it. I didn't know a vegetable version existed before now and will look for it to try too. Thanks again.
